Stems Garden + Design

Stems had a problem. Every day they were filling out numerous physical sheets of paper detailing the work done for each of their clients. These papers, or Green Sheets as they're called, are given to the the office manager at the end of each day and are used for billing and record keeping. The forms eventually end up in a large filing cabinet.

This project is my attempt to digitize this process and to bring Stems into 2018. Now employees have the capability to complete Green Sheets on a company smart phone and immediately submit them back to the office manager. I created this custom CMS with the MEAN stack development tools and it includes records for each client, personalized notes for every location, maps and directions to each property, and an easy system for managing to-dos and communicating with the team while they're out in the city.
